Dr. Rahn and Dr. Curiel are Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.  Their specialty is a branch of dentistry that focuses on the diagnosis and management of a variety of conditions of the head, neck, face and mouth.  After completing dental school, all of our surgeons attended hospital-based surgical residency programs that were focused in this area. They trained side-by-side with dentists and physicians of all specialties, including internal medicine, anesthesiology, plastic surgery, general surgery, cardiology, intensive care specialists, among others. Following their residency programs, they complete a rigorous board certification process involving multiple years of exams, and periodic recertification, which Dr. Curiel is currently in the process of.  This training allows our doctors at to uniquely blend medicine and dentistry to be the experts in face, mouth, dental implant, and jaw surgery.
