Andrew R. Rahn DDS, PC

Dr Andrew Rahn is from California and graduated from the UCLA School of Dentistry being inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society. He then completed medical and surgical training at University Medical Center affiliated with UCLA.

Dr. Rahn is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and specializes in providing expert dental implant procedures along with anesthesia, wisdom tooth extraction and other aspects of the scope of the specialty.

He also holds a board certification with the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology.

He has enjoyed providing the best of compassionate and ethical care for over seventeen years at his office location adjacent to St Agnes Medical Center.

Dr Rahn continuously engages in continuing education and has mentored dentists and specialists in his study club for many years. He has been a Spear Study Club Leader over the last four years.

Yvonne is the doctor’s lovely wife of over thirty-five years (married young!). They have a 27 yr old son working on his MBA, a 21 yr old daughter, and 14 yr old twin girls, in addition to two boys of 14 and 13 yrs.

Family is where any extra time tends to be happily spent. Skiing, football, fitness, reading and a few other interests round out the schedule. Church and God are central to everything.

By way of new exciting times in his profession, Dr Rahn now has a great associate, Dr Thomas Curiel, who has excellent surgical skills and displays a caring approach to patient care.

Dr. Thomas Curiel

Dr. Thomas Curiel is incredibly excited to be back in California.Originally from Sylmar California, Dr. Curiel met his wife, Brianne, who is a Fresno native while attending Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.He received a bachelor’s degree in Biology while playing collegiate football for the Mustangs. He then moved to Philadelphia, where he attended Temple University School of Dentistry and earning his D.M.D. degree. After practicing general dentistry for a year in Palm Springs California, he returned to Philadelphia where he received his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical training from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.During residency, Dr. Curiel served as chief resident, and completed his program in 2017.Some of Dr. Curiels’ specialty training and interests include corrective jaw surgery, treatment of oral/facial tumors and cysts with advanced reconstruction, facial trauma, temporomandibular joint disorders, obstructive sleep apnea, implant rehabilitation, as well as dental extractions. His extensive training allows him to provide complete patient comfort through the utilization of general anesthesia and state of the art patient monitoring.

Dr. Curiel enjoys taking part in community service outreach.He has been a member of service mission trips to Costa Rica, Panama, and most recently a member of Operation Smiles, Vietnam Dental Mission.He was also a recent speaker at the AAOMS 2017 National meeting in Las Vegas where he discussed surgical options for obstructive sleep apnea.

He enjoys spending time with his wife Brianne and their daughter Teagan. While in Fresno, he plans to be an active member of the community, practice his golf game and attend Doghouse Grill at least once a week.
